Delivery & Returns Policy

Freight & Packaging
We offer Free Delivery (UK MAINLAND ONLY) on all orders over £250.00 + VAT (subject to a weight restriction of up to 20kg). A charge of £8.95 per parcel applies to all orders over 20kg in weight. Total shipping costs are capped at 2 x 20kg boxes. If your order has a weight that exceeds 40kg no further shipping charges will be incurred, if pallet delivery is required for heavy or oversized goods costs will be calculated on an order by order basis.

A signature is usually required on delivery of your order. It is not possible for you to specify a delivery date and time. However, our standard delivery time within the UK mainland is next working day after dispatch. We usually dispatch same day if cleared funds are received before 12.00pm. This is not a guaranteed service.

The shipping of all export orders is dealt with on an individual basis and we will contact the customer prior to dispatch of the order to confirm the final shipping costs. If you would like us to supply the goods for export on an ex works shipping basis please let us know and we can prepare these for you ready for collection.

Special order and non stock items will take longer and you will be advised of the expected delivery time when we confirm your order. All our deliveries are carefully packaged to avoid breakage.

Unfortunately, due to strict regulations from our couriers with regards to products classed as ‘dangerous goods’ some country specific restrictions do apply. If you place an order with us for export we will notify you prior to processing your order of any restricted items we cannot include within your order.

Cancellation of Orders and Returns 
Goods are ‘sold as seen’ and as per the Terms and Conditions of Use. Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item or for a cash refund.

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch of your order by notifying us as soon as possible. We will not refund any transaction/bank charges incurred by us processing a refund. We will not refund any charges incurred by you to process original payment to us. An order cannot be cancelled after goods are dispatched.

For sales at our warehouse, please check your stock prior to leaving the premises as discrepancies cannot be rectified later. For stock orders delivered to you, if your order has been damaged in transit or has discrepancies, please contact us immediately, and not later than 2 working days of receipt of goods. You must receive an acknowledgement from us together with the method of return prior to returning any item(s) back to us.

Ordered items returned must be returned as a full pack as received by you and cannot be accepted in part pack or units. Any replacement or credit will only be given to you on your next order, or if paid by credit/debit card then we can refund back to the same card on which you made the initial purchase with. If stock has been returned to us outside these conditions or without authorisation from us, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or charge a restocking fee of 25% of the item(s) value. Under any circumstances we will not refund the postage cost of returning the item back to us.

Any refund will be net of any transaction/bank charges incurred by us in the processing of your refund. We will not refund any charges incurred by you to process original payment to us.

We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 2 working days. To do this please contact us on 01473 312020 or email us on info@miragecosmetics.co.uk. We will NOT refund any opened or used items. We recommend that you research the stock you wish to trade to ensure you are satisfied prior to ordering.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a trade buyer.
